At the inspection we will: –
- Explain what Tersus can do to assist you in putting your property back to pre-loss condition.
- We will answer to the best of our ability any questions that you may have.
- We will survey your property damage and in-turn produce an insurance quotation which will be submitted to your insurance company or insurance professional representing you.
Tersus is focused on the Irish insurance property market and work on property damage claims only. We assist owners of residential homes, apartments, holiday villages, commercial and retail properties, hotels and schools that have been damaged by an insured peril such as Fire, Water, Flood including latent defects, but excluding subsidence and pollution. In our role as main contractor we provide full property restoration, completing all works from cradle to grave utilising our skilled and vetted labour and subcontractor force.

One should note that dealing with Fire and Water property damage is highly specialised and is not suitable to be completed by your normal builder. We are trained specialists who understand the specific nature of drying out properties correctly using specific equipment and again using specific cleaning agents and techniques to deal with fires.

It is difficult to determine an exact time as there are many things to consider. The scope of damage will dictate the amount of time it will take to complete. However, when we commence works on your project, we will indicate an expected duration and work to the best of our ability to fast track, where possible, to enable you resume your normal living.

In principle we will start working as soon as your insurance company and you the policyholder agree scope and costs. In some instances, we can do emergency repairs immediately to mitigate any secondary losses that could occur.
